About Visacub
Visacub is a self-help platform that helps people prepare and file U.S. immigration petitions themselves — without paying $2,000–$5,000+ for an attorney to do work the law lets you do on your own.
What Visacub does
The live product is the Family Self-File Kit for I-130 family-based green cards — marriage, parent, child, and sibling petitions. It auto-drafts your I-130 cover letter, organises bona fide marriage evidence into the four categories USCIS expects, generates the I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, and I-131 forms, and indexes your exhibits — for $99 per petition. A free eligibility check runs first; you only pay when you are ready to file. An EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) self-petition tier is on the immediate roadmap, and the free Matter of Dhanasar 3-prong checker is already live.

Why we built it
Form I-130 is legally a self-file petition — petitioners and beneficiaries file it pro se every day. The hard part was never the procedure; it is assembling a complete, well-organised evidence package and avoiding the mistakes that trigger a Request for Evidence. That is pattern work software does well. We built Visacub so an ordinary family can produce the same I-130 cover letter and evidence package an attorney would — in hours, for a fraction of the cost.
How we keep it accurate
Immigration is a high-stakes topic, so every fee, figure, and timeline on this site is written against official U.S. government sources — USCIS, the Department of State, and the USCIS Policy Manual. Our editorial standards, sourcing hierarchy, and correction policy are published in full on the Disclaimer & Editorial Standards page.
Visacub is a software platform, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice or represent anyone before USCIS, and auto-generated documents are drafts. If you want attorney representation, you can independently hire a licensed U.S. immigration attorney to review your package before filing.
